After years of elaboration, the Product Development Division of Tongda Technology was split from Tongda (Xiamen) Technology Co. Ltd. and incorporated as an independent company, namely, Tongda (Xiamen) Smart Tech Industry Co., Ltd.

The company completed its share restructuring.Tongda (Xiamen) Smart Tech Industry Co., Ltd was changed to Tongda Smart Tech (Xiamen) Co., Ltd.
